Bob Flores

Prior to starting Applicology, Bob spent 31 years at the Central Intelligence Agency. While at CIA, Bob held various positions in the Directorate of Intelligence, Directorate of Support and the National Clandestine Service. Toward the end of his career at CIA, Bob spent three years as the CIO’s Chief Technology Officer where he was responsible for ensuring that the Agency’s technology investments matched the needs of its mission. In addition to his senior level leadership and management positions, Bob’s career included assignments in applications programming, training and education, contract and project management, and both line and staff management roles at various levels of the Agency.

Art Money

Honorable Arthur L. Money is the President at ALM Consulting. He specializes in command control and communications, intelligence, signal processing, and information processing. Hon. Money has been the Head of Government Division of Terremark Worldwide Inc. since January 7, 2003. He has been a Special Advisor of Federal Services Acquisition Corp. since May 3, 2006. Hon. Money has more than 40 years of management and engineering experience with the defense electronics … industry and intelligence community in the design and development of intelligence collection analysis capabilities and airborne tactical reconnaissance systems. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his vision, leadership, and commitment to excellence in systems and process re-engineering.

Prior to his government roles, Hon. Money served as the President at ESL Inc, from 1990 to December 1994. He served as a Vice President and Deputy General Manager of the TRW Avionics and Surveillance Group, from January 1995 to January 1996. From 1972 to 1994, Hon. Money held Senior Management Positions at ESL Inc., and the TRW Avionics and Surveillance Group, the President, from 1988 to 1989, a Vice President of Advanced Programs and Development, from 1986 to 1988, a Vice President of Studies and Analysis Division, from 1972 to 1980, an Engineer, Manager, and Director of various units. From October 1999 to April 7 2001, he served as an Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence. Prior to his Senate Confirmation as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence, Hon. Money served as the Senior Civilian Official, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence from February 1998 to October 1999. He also served as the Chief Information Officer at the Department of Defense, from February 1998 to April 2001. Hon. Money served as an Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Research, Development, and Acquisition (Senate confirmed appointment), and as the Chief Information Officer for the Air Force, from January 1996 to February 1998. From 1962 to 1972, he was an Engineer at Lockheed Missiles and Space Company.

He has received distinguished public service awards from the U.S. Department of Defense (Bronze Palm), the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Navy. Hon. Money holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University in 1965, a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Santa Clara in 1970, and attended the Harvard Executive Security Program in 1985 and the Program for Senior Executives at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1988.
